I am an honest, ethical, local owner/manager. I love working on and rejuvenating classic homes in Old Town Fort Collins. I appreciate working with tenants to help create and maintain comfort in these homes. I have lived and worked in Fort Collins since 1988 and pride myself on having quality rental homes at reasonable prices. When you rent from me, it's me, the owner and manager, rather than a property manager representing an owner. I am immediately responsive, local and available and have a vested interest in mutually beneficial, respectful tenant/manager relationships.
